Jon arrives at Dragonstone, where Daenerys holds court; he refuses her demand to bend the knee, instead asking her help against the Army of the Dead, and on Tyrion's advice she allows him to mine the island's dragonglass. Melisandre avoids Jon and departs for Volantis, telling Varys she will return to Westeros. Bran, with Meera, arrives at Winterfell and reveals his new Three-Eyed Raven identity to Sansa. In King's Landing, Cersei returns a gift: Euron presents Ellaria and Tyene as his promised prize, and Cersei administers to Tyene the same poison that killed Myrcella, leaving Ellaria imprisoned to watch her daughter die; Cersei promises Euron marriage after the war is won and makes him commander of her navy.
A healed Jorah leaves Oldtown to find Daenerys, and Ebrose praises Sam's skill in saving him while punishing his disobedience with copying old texts. Learning from his mistakes, Jaime leads the bulk of the Lannister forces not to defend Casterly Rock, which Grey Worm and the Unsullied attack, but against Highgarden, while Euron's fleet ambushes and destroys the Unsullied's ships. The Lannisters quickly overwhelm Olenna Tyrell's army, and Jaime offers her a quick and painless death by poison; after drinking it, she reveals that she poisoned Joffrey.
